Tom Scott
Thomas Scott graduated with high distinction from Indiana University in 1971 with a BS in Business and received his JD from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis in 1977 (Magnum Cum Laude). While practicing law for over a quarter century he has established himself as one of Indianapolis' leading attorneys in the field of consumer bankruptcy law and has earned the respect of the Bankruptcy Judges and Trustees.
Christopher Holmes
Christopher Holmes graduated from Purdue University in 1977 with a BA in European History and Political Science and received his JD from Ohio Northern University College of Law in 1981. Mr. Holmes joined our firm in October, 1997 after fifteen years practicing law with a focus on bankruptcy, divorce and criminal defense.
Hugh Riedeman
Hugh Reideman graduated from Indiana University in 1969 with a BA in Political Science and Environmental studies, then received his JD from Indiana University School of Law in 1975. He has worked in the office of the Indiana Attorney General and was deputy prosecutor for several years. He has practiced both criminal and bankruptcy law since 1985. Mr. Riedeman joined our firm in September 2005.
John M. Hauber
John M. Hauber received his AB from Wabash College in 1990 and his JD from Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis in 1993. He worked for the Indiana Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division from 1991 through 1997 and was a member of the Indiana Home Defense Task Force. He worked in private practice from 1997 through 2002 emphasizing the representation of bankruptcy debtors. Mr. Hauber became a counsel to the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee in December 2002. He has been a frequent lecturer on all aspects of bankruptcy to the Indiana Bar Association, ICLEF and the United States Trustee’s Office. Mr. Hauber joined our firm in August 2008.
Jess M. Smith, III
Jess M. Smith, III graduated from Wabash College in 1989 with an AB in History and received his JD from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis in 1992. He was admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio in 1993 and worked in a general practice law firm in Dayton, Ohio, from 1993 through 1999. In 1999, he was admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana and has practiced bankruptcy law exclusively since 2002. Mr. Smith joined our firm in September 2008.
